YEAR END CELEBRATION : Wine Dinner Sheraton Bandung

So, it’s half way to the end of the year. It’s the perfect time to look back and see how we all have passed the year. Am I still on track? Or I’m just getting worse than last year? But either way, we all deserve a little celebration, just for ourselves. Cause we all know how hard we’ve tried and how hard we have struggled to be what we are today.

So I guess, Wine Dinner would be a perfect way to end the year, no?

Making Cocktail at Spanky’s!

There is always something exciting about going out for lunch meeting new friends, especially when you got to meet some new blogger friends you already knew from a long time ago on Instagram but yet never got a chance to meet them. Oh yeah, social media rocks! 

That’s what I felt last weekend when I got to attend Zomato meetup where we, Indonesian food bloggers, learned how to make cocktail and martini at Spanky’s Ribs and Martini, Kemang Jakarta.

FIVETASTIC – The 5th Anniversary of Padma Hotel Bandung

The big day was finally there!

Just exactly 3 weeks ago, the five-star hotel, Padma Hotel Bandung, celebrate their 5th Anniversary by holding this so called FIVETASTIC. It’s a buffet dinner event featuring a large variety of international dishes. Halloween at Enoshima

I know that Halloween’s been over for nearly two weeks now and that soon Christmas is coming. And I know that it’s way too late to post something Halloween-related. But never mind, I’m still gonna post it anyway. So last Halloween, which also makes my first time celebrating Halloween like, EVER, I had a lil ‘party’ at Enoshima with dearest #BandungFoodies friends. Like any other people, we were supposed to wear costumes, but turned out everyone seemed to be busy before the dinner so we all decided just to wear a couple of accessories except for one guy…. which did the makeup himself and made him look like, this.Lanjutkan membaca “Halloween at Enoshima”

Lunch Buffet at Sheraton Bandung

You know that moment when you live in a highland area and missing the view and the feel of summer at the exotic island? That’s exactly what I’ve been feeling recently! I can’t believe it’s been over a year since my stay in Bali last year and how I MISS IT SO MUCH until just last weekend, I went to Sheraton Hotel & Towers Bandung for a lunch.

I thought it’s just another luxurious 5-star hotel with a high building, clean neat comfy rooms and spacious lobby with sparkling lighting, because you know, from outside, the hotel look just like a normal building. Javana Bistro, Bandung

I bet everyone knows what Paris Van Java is. Yes, it’s the hippest semi-outdoor mall in the city, the place people usually go out with a bunch of friends or family, either for dining out, watching a movie, or just walking around shopping.

Often times, I found it confusing to find a good place for dining in Paris Van Java. And lucky me, just a while ago, me and @makanpakereceh were invited by JAVANA BISTRO for a late lunch / early dinner. I never went to JAVANA BISTRO before since I thought it’s just some random expensive restaurant, but turned out, I was totally wrong. Booster Society, Bandung

I can’t believe there’s a new coffee shop near my boarding house which serves great coffee. Yes, you might have seen some of my photos in my Instagram, and yes again, it’s Booster Society, a newly opened (just around 3 months) coffee shop in Dago. The best thing is, beside the coffee and the food, it’s located just at the one side of the main street. From Mcd Simpang Dago, go straight to Dago Pakar and keep your eye on the right side of the street. Then most likely you will find Booster Society easily.
