Last month, our so-called valentine’s dinner was featured in Nanny’s Pavillon, Bandung. I’ve heard so much about this place, but never got a chance to visit it even once. I mean, I could have. But since I heard so many good things about this place, I just want my first visit to be special. And then Fred came by (he lives in Depok) and we decided to take a try.
I’m glad we did! This place is totally great. At least for us. It has a really nice interior which happens to be a cute french-style library and they serve excellent foods. Oh! And not to mention the old love songs they kept on playing. And great service too!
Since we were kinda late for dinner that night, there were literally no one but the waitress there. That makes the atmosphere is just…. perfect for a dinner for 2.
We had Carbonara Fettucini, Aunty’s Sausage Baked Rice, hot chocolate, and chocolate milkshake. And our favorite goes to….. Carbonara Fettucini! I don’t know why, but the pasta tasted so great. I think that’s what al dente really is. And the sauce is just soooo parfait!
Anyway, since we fell in love so much about this place, we made our second visit the next month. I had a kids menu as I’m not too hungry and Fred had spaghetti-something, I totally forget what they name it. It was good but a little bit too dry for us.

They said, the must-try food here is their pancake and waffle. So I will definitely come back for breakfast! And I can’t wait for our next lovely dinner as well!
Pssst! We’re going to Bali this summer! I’m sooooooo excited!! ❤
