When Susan told me that we were going to a cat cafe on Saturday, I was like : “REALLY? YAY!”
You know, this made my second time visiting a cat cafe after my first one in Singapore. And I found this much much more fun than before. The cats here are somehow more active and playful. They’re not acting sleepy or whatsoever. And they are very sensitive to sound too, especially the sound of toys. That makes playing with cats so much fun.
So anyway, before we step in, we have to take off our shoes and use the slippers provided instead. Then, we’ve got to wash our hand. They have this wastafel outside, just right before the entrance door.
And then, it’s play time!
You might wanna know that you have to at least buy one drink, or dessert, or whatever you fancy, really. Or otherwise you’ll have to pay for 100 Baht.
My Hot Thai Tea costs me 80 Baht then I got an unlimited time playing with the cats. I ended up spending 1 – 2 hours playing around.
Look at this latte art!

We found that the ideal time to play with cats are early in the morning or evening as cats tend to get sleepy around noon. Some cats here like to be cuddled, and some not. Perhaps you just have to find the one who likes you the most.
We had soooo much fun playing around! It’s been a long time since I played with cats and it was Fred’s first time. And we enjoyed it to our last minutes.
